Incompetent rental department. After selling my online order of a snowblower to someone else the day I come to pick it up, they then proceed to sell me a new snowblower that wasn’t assembled properly and is missing parts. The first big snowfall of the year and my snowblower is unusable. Incompetence all around that rental department. I highly recommend going to Lowe’s or Home Depot instead

I don't typically do reviews. However, this is the second time in the last month that I have been disappointed with the service here. The last time we were here, we placed our order at the contractor desk and then pulled into the yard. We waited for a good 20 minutes for someone to help us. There seemed to be nobody and no activity in the building or the yard. Unfortunately the weather was looking dicey (we were getting drywall) and we didn't have a covered trailer. It began to rain, so we had to abandon our project for the day and get a refund in the store. Today, picking up drywall and lumber someone in the yard readily, so things were looking up. Ten 2Γ—4s for a lumber yard should not be a tall request. Only seven available to get at without calling in a forklift driver. Again 20 minutes sitting in the yard waiting. For contractors, time is money. For weekend warriors time is limited. After Cashwsy sold, the ability to service customers has fallen apart Poor organization, communication and availability of product. Two thumbs down...

Very good staff, super helpful, very nice selection of tools as well. Highly recommend this store for any of your lumber or powertool needs.

I want to like Rona but its hard. Had to search for someone to help, cashier was a child and clueless. Bought tiles and grout for a backsplash. Went back to buy caulking to match the grout and they didn't carry it....but you have that colour grout....you can special order it they said but I needed it that day. Frustrated again.

The store is so disorganized, I have been waiting for over 30 mins to pick up and item with that I called 3 hours before and asked to have put on hold- that the lady said would be no issues with ad they had 11 in stock and ready to go. Well I'm still sitting in the wearhouse pick up and the employees here seem to have no care in the world for anyone else time, after I have already said that I was in a rush, it's been 30 mins, and they have still yet to locate the item I have paid for and am waiting for........ Get it together people, your in the service industry not the we can't find what we sell you industry.

It's great if you know what you are looking for and don't need any help in finding it. If you need help then that's a challenge becuse most times the wait is longer... The service is great once you find someone. If you are looking for good bargains and sales, they do a pretty good job.
