★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Remarkably poor customer service by some staff. Don't dare to ask for a refund on defective products if the wrapper is off, because you will be told that they will never offer you a refund even if it does work.
NO interest in accommodating a customer or finding a solution. No appreciation of my frustration at being stuck with a product that did not work for me. Did not call the owner or manager when I asked to speak to a manager and told me to come back tomorrow but that it was unlikely to be refunded.
The bill totalled $175 and I asked for a refund of $23. I was allowed to return one of the items (with wrapper still on) for $6. The rest of the $23 they kept. It's fine. The service was so disrespectful and rude that I will never support this Chelsea small business again. After spending thousands of dollars at this local store, I will make the extra effort to go to the big box stores down the road.
