k	k tel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent supply of products , there isn't really a lot of choice in the neighbourhood . There's this place, Home Hardware nearby or another smaller Rona on Rue Rachel . The level of customer service is very poor so just be prepared to find what you want yourself and know exactly the best product needed for the job concerned. Any time I've asked for help either locating a product or advice on choosing a product for a specific job I've been disappointed. You're made to feel that you're an inconvenience.
R	Romeo Graham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great help today in the plumbing section. We couldn't find an adapter for our shower head, so the gentleman helping me found a different solution using my existing parts. I didn't need to buy anything, and left happy!

I Wanted to return a product that stopped working after an hour and but after showing them both the store and RONA franchise return policy, I was told they will not accept that and refused my return, even though the product was in the original packaging and inside the return by date. Aside from not respecting their store policies, the staff member was aggressive and disrespectful. Not surprising as the manager set the same example of disrespect in the store.
E	Emily Thorne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service, I had called ahead to ask if I could bring a live edge shelf to be cut in half. I was told yes. Upon arriving I was told the guy who does the cuts wasn't in today. I was very frustrated obviously, but left the shelf for them to cut tomorrow. When I picked it up the next day, most of the live edge had crumbled off. I asked the manager, Jerry, if he would offer free glue to compensate for the terrible service, and he refused saying it was "dry wood". Another employee Ricardo was as helpful as he could be given the situation. But I will not be coming back anytime soon. I'll take my business up the road.

This place had only convenience going for it given the location, but on two occasions I've been given the wrong item/information by them, so it's not saving me any time. Go elsewhere
