No employee at the paint counter for one hour, called for the director and she explained that the employee is on lunch break and the don’t have replacement so we have to wait till he finishes and wast our time without any sign, You should close the department for lunch and leave a sign

I used to give them 4 stars now give them 1 to return stuff very unhappy on helpful employees and they can't even not count how many stuff you returning I'm returning 3 things they want to return only 2 to so be careful and stuff from the tools they don't respect the warranty the tools they tell you have to go to the to the company that was bought not even a month ago very sad used to be my favourite store

Well stocked and friendly staff. Seems understaffed (or staff is inexperienced) like many big boxed hardware stores recently, so you’d better know what your looking for. If you do, staff is great.

Glad this place was taken over. Chicken is as great as it was many years ago. Hard working owner with great work ethic and clean. I try to go there at least once a week. Fries are awesome too

The girl at customer service was not very nice. I buy this vacuum. I drive all the way back to home depot because I pull out the vacuum and I didn't see the accessories, and any where mention they were inside the trash container of the vacuum. Who puts accessories there. I buy many vacuums before never seen that my self. I use to vacuum and never figure it out the parts were inside. If you buy this look inside so you don't have to drive 20 minutes back to home depot to see a not nice people like I did my self.

God I love Home Depot! The associates are so helpful (unlike their competitors). Went in for one thing and had no issues buying more because they are so helpful. Now to find the time to install everything I bought. A pleasure to shop at Home Depot

Bittersweet experience: Thursday night, I checked a set of tools online, they had 9 available at the store, so I went there. After waiting for a person to help me find it, they told me it was unavailable, and justified it as an error on the website. I arrive back home, I do the shopping online from the same store I just came from, it works and is supposed to be delivered on Friday. Friday 8:45 am, I'm taking a shower, the phone rings, when I get out there a message from "DoorDash" saying they delivered my package, I dress quickly and go down the stairs to the building entrance thinking the worst, and insured the worst happened, nothing was there, not a note, nothing. I call back at home depot, they say they are going to contact door dash for "a proof of delivery" Friday PM, nothing, I call HD, a different person takes the call, I explain everything again, but it is already 5 PM so Doordash is "closed" Saturday morning, call again, different person, same story. Saturday pm, again a different person, but this time they said they are going to contact Doordash again on Monday. My weekend time is wasted. Monday morning, nothing. Monday afternoon I called again to HD, a different 'effin person, I mentioned I'm tired of dealing with them and that I just want my money back. Tuesday morning I called again and finally after a 5 minute call I received an email with the picture taken by a moronic "dasher" The person left the package (apparently) at the building door ON THE STREET and left. What comes next is the people from HD telling me that I had to deal with Doordash, because that's how the system works, and me dealing with 3 different customer service people at Doordash, repeating the story, waiting, obtaining a different explanation every time. Heck, one of them even connected me with home depot USA and I'm calling from Canada. Finally at 8:15 pm I called HD yet again and had to explain the whole thing (yet again) to the person who had already talked with me about my case twice that day. Somehow, something changed and the HD person agreed to replace my tools, after I mentioned that I even had put another set on my shopping car online just in case. I'm picking this package today after a lot of time, energy and a horrible experience as a customer.
