Ils ont fait une très bonne protection de mes moulures lors du sablage et teinture de mon plancher en plus ils ont appliqué de la polythene dans mes cadres de portes pour limiter la poussière. Le résuktat est très beau Merci !! I recommend esd flooring without hesitation! They did a very good protection of my moldings when sanding and dyeing my floor plus they have applied the polythene in my door frames to limit dust. The résuktat is very beautiful Thank you !!

Le résultat final est excellent. Je donne 4 étoiles car aucune toile de protection n'a été installée pour empêcher la poussière de se répandre. Aussi, j'ai eu de grosses tâches sur des armoires de cuisine. Au moins, cela fût réparé par la suite. Le suivi de Mr Étienne est excellent aussi, mais ce n'est pas lui qui a fait mes travaux. Je recommande tout de même la compagnie. I am really satisfied with the final results of the work I have had. They sanded my parquet and hardwood floors. The end result is excellent. I give 4 stars because no protective fabric has been installed to prevent dust from spreading. Also, I had big tasks on kitchen cabinets. At least it was fixed later. The follow-up of Mr Etienne is also excellent, but it was not he who did my work. I still recommend the company.

L'équipe a été exceptionnelle. Ils nous ont donné des comptes rendu régulièrement pour nous expliquer les embûches rencontrés et comment ils comptaient les contourner. L'équipe a été très professionnelle tout au long des travaux et le rendu est d'une qualité dépassant mes attentes. Je recommande sans hésitations. I contacted Plancher ESD to level the floor of an apartment. They stripped and leveled a floor that had more than 4 ”of drop. The team was exceptional. They gave us regular reports to explain the pitfalls encountered and how they intended to get around them. The team was very professional throughout the work and the rendering is of a quality exceeding my expectations. I recommend without hesitation.

M	Mike&Anna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One word to capture our first and final impression is : TRUST - Trust ESD to provide you relevant and up to date information - Trust ESD to return your calls with in a business day and not be left hanging and wondering -Trust ESD to deliver great quality work and their professionals to have good work ethic - Trust ESD to be transparent and honest and deliver their brand promise Words cannot express the gratitude we have for Etienne, Sebastien and Julian. Both Etienne and Sebastien were quick to coordinate date and provide answers/information on process, procedure and finish material. For Julian the on-site contractor, I greatly appreciated his enthusiasm and sincerity -- he & his colleague filled up every crack(even the small slivers), removed water stains and burn marks from our floors ( left by the pervious owner). The final coat was good, however we isolated a few defects, which were address a week later by Etienne And the team came back and contributed the with the same level of detail and effort. Overall customer service experience was seamless! Without a doubt or hesitation I would recommend ESD's team of professionals to friends and family.
