I went for a packing folder and ended up with a travel luggage better and cheaper than one recently purchased elsewhere (obviously I returned it). Only travel store I will shop for cool gadgets and travel advice. Thank you again! You are amazing ?

While browsing on-line I was able to live chat with their customer service department and they informed me that they were currently out of stock but would special order one for me if I called their toll free number. To my surprise I received the order within one week, far ahead of their estimated delivery. Five star customer service to go along with the five star product. Thank you Jet-Setter. What a pleasure to deal with.

They don't reply to emails and the chat agents take a couple of hours to respond. Now I will have to waste time by going directly to the store to get my refund. I will definitely pick other stores next time.

I had been searching high and low for a Canadian retailer that was selling a particular travel backpack that I dearly wanted. I saw that Jet-Setter.ca had them online, but not in black, which was what I was looking for. I emailed their customer service to inquire if they had sold out, or if they would be getting them soon. I got a prompt response from Katherine, and was told that the black version had been ordered and was due to arrive at the store within the next few days, and that they would be happy to place one on hold for me to ensure I got one (they were only getting 5). I was so pleased! Not only that, Katherine emailed me the next day to tell me they were in, and they had one on hold waiting for me. I was able to make my purchase immediately, which I did, and Jet-Setter has absolutely earned a very happy customer!

By far the best customer service experience I have had with any company. Katherine especially has been very patient and accommodating to help resolve a luggage crisis I had recently. thank you and I am sure to be ordering more soon.
M	Matt Ang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on a Sunday afternoon the place has a lot of choices in luggage's, however I wasn't impressed with the young lady who tried sooo very hard to sell me the top of the line luggage's. When i asked her to identify the difference why one was better then another she had no reply "just because she said it was a Samsonite". Followed me around in the store and tried to discourage me to not buy a luggage every time i picked one up. I had to leave the store. Will not go back !
