Only a quick sorry and then pretend like nothing happened for the rest of the service. Top coat applied also got into the wounds, no apology nothing. Ridiculous skills and simply no respect to the customer

I phone the place to schedule manicure, and ask the name of the girl , who will do it. The answer was everybody is very good and they don't know who will be available for the time of my appointment. It was strange. So I got time 6:00pm on Monday, before going for dinner. When I came for the my appointment, they gave me the girl, who wasn't trained to do manicure..they just put me on big soft chair and girl was holding my hand in her hands, keep asking me how to cut my nail, and I was repeating many times round, but she continued to cut my long nails finger by finger extremely short on straight line.,and then file each nail very .close to the skin.. I had to stop it! The shape of my left hand nails were ugly looking , and so short that they were painful on touch! I asked for the manager, and she said that will give me an experience girl? I just need to wait for 30 minutes! I will never be back to this place. They lost a new customer ..
R	Regina Falange on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, that was disappointing. For the amount the nail fill costs, it was a mediocre job. I’m so unimpressed by the techs job skills that I’m tempted to rip my fake nails off and go get a brand new pair else where. The ladies were polite which is why I’m giving 2 stars. But I left that nail salon very frustrated and unhappy. I wanted to walk out 15 minutes in to my service. I kept having to ask her to fix the shape and in the end they are all inconsistent anyways. She kept scraping my skin with the tools as well. Overall not happy.
C	Chantal Gagnon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really wanted this place to be my local salon - but I'm not going back. I went in for a standard manicure - no gel or designs. This should be easy. Pros: Staff was nice and my technician was pretty new / slow, but wanted to do well and it's decently priced. Cons: (1) the nail polish was ancient and was very thick and goopy. It never dried. Hours later (after quick-dry polish AND dry drops), my manicure completely smudged. I expect the polish at a salon to be fresh or at least functional. It looked like many of their OPI polishes (not the gels) needed replacing. (2) I asked for round, but got a square with round edges, then I asked for almond shape (hoping it would be a true round) and had to further explain what I wanted. This should be basic. (3) I reached out to the salon the same day providing them feedback and a picture (and an opportunity to remedy the situation) - got zero response. It was my anniversary weekend on top of that so now I had gross nails (and lost hours of my time). I'm not sure how they're so highly rated having issues with such basics like the quality / age of the actual polish, but I wanted to leave this review so that if you're not going for gel mani (which maybe they're fantastic at), you should look for another place.

They are beautiful not think like so many places want to do as soon as they hear i work in construction. They also have a very larger color selection.

Did my nails, pedi and foot massage. Went back for repair when i accidentally broke two of my beautiful nails after few days, free. Thank you for the great service! I will be back for my gel fill.
