Untrained staff and no knowledge about any products they sell. I got way better service from other store even tho I never used that provider but they were able to help me with the concerns I had.

Purchased the New Samsung S9+ Today! Zack and Chris were super helpful in working through some issues that had come up. They helped me back up my phone, install a new screen protector and also helped me with my current plan adding 2GB of data for a small increase. At points I probably said I was leaving Rogers... and it wasn't Rogers who kept me with Rogers... It was Zack and Chris. I will take care of all my future phone deals with Bonnie Doon Rogers!

Staff are friendly and I belive the customer service here is taken seriously. This place is nestled down two doors away from Safeway. Store always looks professional and clean. Halloween was a big one for the fam the guys from Roger's made it pretty thrilling.

The staff here do NOT want to do anything. I wanted to buy a new phone and port my existing number to Rogers. "Do it online". Can we not do it here also? "Do it online". Can I pick out a phone while I am here? "Do it online". "Do it online". "Do it online" Why does Rogers even have a store with staff? Why not simply put up a large sign that says the following: "GO AWAY and go to Rogers online. We DON'T want to help you. We DON'T even want to talk to you."

This is a beautiful store that reminds you about all the beautiful things technology. The staff needs better training, as they are morbid, unenthusiastic and frankly the very opposite of the space. This is a shame, a simple transaction takes ages as they regurgitate useless information designed to pass the time on the clock while holding customers ransom.

Everyone at the store was very responsive and explained everything clearly. Staff was friendly and made sure I was satisfied with my service. Would definitely go back there for Rogers service!

I had awesome customer service experienced with Steven on this location. He was very helpful and patient. Thank you as well to the store manager for helping us to resolve the problem about my account. Thank you Guys! Rogers please promote these gentlemen, they are better than calling the customer service.

I had the BEST customer service experience at this location with Arthur. I had HUGE problems with Apple trying to upgrade to a non-Apple product, and he went above and beyond any service I have had to help me out. I saw him doing the same with other customers, and in this crappy customer service age, it was so refreshing to deal with someone who actually cared about me, my phone, and my upcoming trip to Jasper! He did everything he could possible and it renewed my faith in customer service! There was another manager on duty who helped me as well another day, I believe his name was Ari, they both were amazing! I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone, and thank you so much Arthur!!
