Had a great experience ! everything was quick effective and well done. Highly recommend this branch of rogers stores and also had great service by one of the employees, Omar I think it was.

The employees are great and helpful. They’ve answered all of our questions and were dedicated to provide us the answers we wanted. The only downside is that we had to wait a little because there were only two people working. Overall, I recommend this branch of Rogers.

The level of competency and customer service at this location in Gatineau is a joke! I went in today to buy a Non-shared plan for tablets (data-flex plan). The Rogers sales agent had no knowledge about this plan and he assumed that the plan was only available to pre-existing customers with a phone line. I argued that this plan should be available to new customers so he went to ask another person (the manager). The "occupied" manager didn't even look like she cared and agreed with him that the plan was not available to new customers. Then I asked him if he was 100% sure that this is true and he said yes in an unassertive manner. They confused the Shared plan with the Non-shared plan. I left the shop, came back an hour later and bought myself a blank sim card, went home and did the activation myself (with activation fees waived off). The whole process took about 20 mins without any hiccups. The whole point of the story: go to that store, grab what you need and leave. Do not ask for help from any of those clerks because they will only make you feel un-welcomed, misdirect you and give you subpar customer service. The Rogers agent that helped me online was excellent on the other hand!
