★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service he repaired my fridge from time of call to done was 1hr!!! He also waited while I cleaned behind before putting it back in place !!! And a big shout out to his grandson Daniel for cleaning the top of my fridge! !!as for the price it was very fair when you think of the quick friendly service ...I come from a customer service industry it is very refreshing to see people still care!!! Well done Roger! Thank you again for the speedy friendly service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gentleman was called to repair my washer when he didn't show we called back he told me he poinded on my door at 9 am and got no response I said that was odd that we were all home he said maam I dont know what you want me to do to get your attention . . Which i found rude as within today's day and age you don't own a cell phone and can't call ? Rude !!!!!!!!! I will shop else where

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a pleasure to deal with. From the time I called to my dryer being fixed was under an hour. Roger came same day, had the part in his truck and completed the service quickly - all for a very reasonable price. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Highly recommend.

I called looking for a stove part, and learned the manufacturer no longer makes it. Roger called around for me - without being asked - to try and find it somewhere. He was unable to help me, through no fault of his own, but still went above and beyond. Thanks to him, I understand my situation perfectly (never buy a Moffat), and even though I have to buy a new stove, I ended my call with him feeling educated, upbeat, and confident.

Explained what caused it to break and how to avoid it from happening again.
Prices are reasonable as well. Highly recommend 5***** service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service. Roger actually called us before knocking because we had a sign up saying our kid was napping! He had the part on hand and fixed our fridge in one visit at a very reasonable price. Our son slept through the whole thing. ?
