 It's impossible. Consult first those who don't have an appointment. Let the others wait two to three hours

β β β β β Terrible Service. Jams as many patients in a day as possible. Appointment runs 3 hrs behind schedule. Takes advantage of non english speaking portuguese community.

β β β β β I've known Dr.Rodrigues before I was even born; she and my mother were pregnant at the same time! She is a very kind and understanding person, and her medical expertise is what you would expect from a family doctor. She makes sure that she can do everything she can to help you out, and this includes sending you to specialists if needed. She never gives up on you because she doesn't only see a patient in front of her, she genuinely wants to help regardless of it being her job. The secretaries are also very kind, everyone in this office is bilingual. The major downside and hence the 3* review is that the wait time is ridiculously long. I once waiting 4h after my appointment before she could see me. Now this is due to a number of factors:
. She is the only doctor in this office and the amount of people in here everyday is alot
. Speaking from experience, every time I come here there are a few patients that like to stay and talk even though she has already helped them out and given them the required treatment/solution for w/e they needed (more than once are the conversations audible from the waiting room)
. Because people that come here often already know that it takes a long time before you are seen, they arrive late to their appointment purposely.
Bottom line is despite the ridiculous waiting time, you will get a good treatment from her.

β β β β β I have been a patient with Dr.Susana Rodrigues for 25 years and have never been so disappointed. The eldest secretary's customer service was terrible. I called in to book an appointment over the phone and her attitude was one of arrogance and overall very rude.

β β β β β Dr Susana is ver nice but her secretary is just rude, when we call to book an appointment is is arrogance and rude. It's impossible to talk to her , she acts like she is doing us a favor. This is completely unacceptable. She has no manners and should not be working there.There is another secretary younger girl who is polite and courteous.
I'm very disappointed because I am a patient of Dr Susana for over 30 years.
