The front desk is too rude to let the guests stand far away and not allowed to approach. It ’s for the doctor. It ’s not the penalty station.

The two Chinese people at the front desk had a poor service attitude, so they called and asked questions and said they couldn't be solved! In the end, I rudely ask if you have anything else? It's like taking gunpowder! One star is too much! Rubbish! ! ! Is it a substitution? The children before were very gentle, so they changed these two goods! It was meant to serve others! Don't stand at the front desk if the service is not good! ! !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been my family doctor going on 2 years, patient, knowledgeable, and courteous reception staff... they do walk-ins after 1pm if you aren't a patient with them and are accepting new patients!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so disappointed with this clinic.When I called to book an appointment,I had been told that they don’t provide such service.Once you have any questions,you must come to see Dr Daniel in clinic.Moreover,this assistant was so rude to hang up my call without any notice,which made me so confused and uncomfortable.As a result, I called back ,but I was shocked to be told by another assistant that her coworker was in rush to washroom!!Anyway, I have to see Dr Daniel for checkup. I walked in clinic and waited nearly 3 hour to see Dr.Actually, I had been waited more 30 minutes for a patient cut in at head of the line.Then,we was announced by one assistant that injection only took 5 minutes,so he went first.One more absurd reason,that patient is their frequenter. I definitely won’t come back this clinic anymore.Not noly the terrible service I had been suffered,but also worried about further professional medical assistance .To be honest,there are lots of great and helpful clinic,please be aware of making decisions on this clinic.
