β β β β β I can't be more disappointed with this doctor. He doesn't have that special touch with his patients, he's very pushy...once I requested him an appointment with a female gynecologist and he offered him a male one, I explained I didnt feel comfortable but he insisted soooo much with it (4 times), that I got angry and then he stopped . Then when I told him my husband and I are planning to start a family he was like...."whyyyy?? Noooo...I have 5 kids and is a nightmare when I go home let me tell you"...so I was thinking what kind of doctor will say something like that!!!...very disappointing. Once he goes in the room, he doesnt really pay attention of what's the reason you're here and after less than 5 mins he gives you whatever diagnostic he thinks and leaves the room..and his secretary very rude when you ask for options on appointments...

β β β β β My experience can be summed up in one word. Horrible. Dr. Florence has no manners, his bed side manner is atrocious and he misdiagnosed me 2/3 times that I saw him. He doesnt listen and walks out after 1 minute of hearing the problem. He asks no questions and takes no personal or family history. I had to beg for blood tests on both occasions despite having obvious symptoms needing testing. The specialists that he sent me to, also misdiagnosed and i had to get a second opinion. I have family history of the symptoms i have and even a family death and his recommendation was for me to go on you tube and do excersises. He is so rude. I do not recommend him and i would advise everyone with a serious illness or who wants any form of medical attention to avoid him. You could die.

β β β β β I'm surprised by the last review. I have been seeing Dr. Florence for over 20 years and all my children and grandchildren see him. We sdore and trust him. He has a lovely family and often shares, with pride, pictures of his wife and 5 beautiful children with me. We love his sense of humour. I guess not everyone does.

β β β β β Fantastic physician and has an amazing bed side manner. Has helped my family beyond belief and has saved more then one life. Would be lost without him and always knows exactly what is wrong and treats with extreme care. Blessed to him him as our physician and top of the profession.
