★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the pleasure of working with Kelly Chong one of the designers at Rockwood kitchens. This was the first time I had gone through a kitchen renovation and I had a ton of questions. Throughout the process I was very indecisive and kept making changes to the original plan. Kelly was always available to answer all of my questions and was so understanding and did whatever was necessary to ensure I was completely satisfied. I strongly recommend Kelly and the team at Rockwood kitchens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a small project with Rockwood, a basement bar (10' long) and a small wine nook. They were very good considering the scope of the project. They came in below Ikea pricing for something similar. Timelines were a bit tight as we were hoping to squeeze this in before Christmas (ordered mid-October), but they managed to come through despite numerous delays due to weather in western Canada. We had a small issue after the counters were installed (also done by Rockwood) where a screw split the frame. I did address it with them and they were quick to offer to have someone come out. I declined due to COVID and was not confident it could be repaired to look any better. Would recommend them again and will use again should we have any cabinet projects. The quality of the cabinets, doors and drawers far surpass our current kitchen

She answered all our enquires and helped to understand our pantry needs. We have an idea and measurement on paper. Kelly made suggestions on the final design and configuration. They were on time all the time. The price is right too! i would highly recommend Rockwood to all my friends and family. Ask for Kelly Chong!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kelly Chong and Rockwood kitchens was absolutely great! It was difficult during Covid but we all managed. Kelly always responded quickly to our questions and concerns and Rockwood quality is just as good it gets! All real quality wood beautifully finished at fantastic prices. We had our complete order delivered at the house in only one week after placing the order! We did our own design although Kelly would have helped if we had wanted. She knows her stuff and was always pleasure to speak with, she was never pushy, she showed us choices and if we didn’t seem interested say in countertops or additional hardware that was just fine with her. Our cabinets are all installed now but there’s still quite a bit of work to complete the kitchen, flooring, backsplash, painting etc but I wanted to tell the world how pleased we are with the Rockwood cabinets. Many of them were slightly modified by making some of them deeper and also wider in the case of the sink cabinet with the pillars on each side. I built the hood over the stove to match the cabinets and to fit over a 24” fan and we kept our original rounded shelves at the end but they were also modified to match them up to the new Rockwood cabinets. We made the microwave shelf as well and painted the new parts to match perfectly mixed by Benjamin Moore. Some of the paint was sprayed and some just brushed as it just flows out so beautifully. We are seniors doing the work ourselves and it’s lots of work. Most of all we are happy with the result and still adding a few details as we go along. I had curved sections of the crown moulding 3D printed to match the straight wood from Home Depot and Rona going around the turn at the end. I’ll certainly add more pictures as we get it all complete.
