★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional company. They made mistakes on measuring and the installers had to modify the design of my kitchen and re-cut the countertop. They confused the dates of installation. They did not reply to a number of important phone calls and emails. Nothing has gone smoothly and the whole experience has been made worse by their attitude regarding the mistakes they made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My advice is to run as fast as you can in the opposite direction of this company. Their work is horribly substandard. They built a kitchen island for me. The measurements are way off. I can’t even open half of the drawers because of a design flaw. Waiting for these issues to be resolved. Won’t accept anything less than what I ordered and paid for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had flooding at are house cabinets were damage united came in and did a really great job my island look way better the I thought SOUAD was a delight to talk to on the phone and the guy she sent knew what to do very nice and careful after they were done they call me down stair and walk me threw what they did very happy later someone knock the island off centre I call and right away SOUAD sent her guys to fix now that service would I used they again in a heartbeat

Everything from the design work to the gorgeous cabinetry, attention to detail, their flexibility and responsiveness was top notch. We couldn’t be happier with the end result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the unfortunate experience of having to use United Cabinets through my insurance. Not only were there several delays because they "ordered the wrong colour", when it came time to finally replace the cabinet faces, they did a very poor quality job. Glue residue was left on all the edges, doors did not close properly, some doors were unaligned, some doors were damaged.
When the damaged doors were replaced, they replaced them with doors that were not the same size as the previous ones.
They had to come back multiple times to the unit to fix their work.
Whenever I got a time or time range that the installers would be coming, they were consistently 2-3 hours late. The company seems to have no quality control and the installers try to get away with their mistakes and poor quality, even when I'm standing next to them watching.
I would definitely not recommend this company and hope that no one else has the misfortune of being stuck with this company through their insurance.

From the initial design consultation stages, to the production and installation stages, they were fantastic and on time! Also, the detail with their finishes was impressive. Highly recommended.
