They have an amazing staff that works with you on everything little detail to make sure you are nothing but happy and totally in love with your kitchen or any other products. We got a beautiful kitchen and all our bathroom vanities through RockWood. We mainly dealt with Christina and Tommy, and there wonderful kitchen installers. Tommy is an amazing person to deal with and I couldn't have asked for anyone better! He was great at attention to detail to make our kitchen look the absolute best in the space that we had. Would highly recommend getting kitchens and bathroom vanities through RockWood, you will not be disappointed.

From the very first time we met Thanh until the kitchen was finally installed - she could not do enough for us to ensure we were kept up to date and informed of all that was going on - especially with the unprecedented situation we all find ourselves in with Covid-19. She is professional, friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, understanding, patient and absolutely wonderful. The design she created for us is amazing, even though we made several changes along the way - nothing phased her at all she happily made the changes we requested. Her advice and expertise were invaluable. The installers Steve, Jeff and MIke were great, professional, knowledgeable, pleasant people and kept us informed along the way of any issues they thought we should be aware of. Ly who took care of our countertop was also amazing with such knowledge, expertise, accommodating and pleasant The Rockwood product is second to none we can't believe we have such a stunning kitchen for the price we paid We would recommend Rockwood to anyone thinking about a new kitchen. From the start with delivery of the product - the delivery men were professional and so very helpful, to the finished kitchen, we cannot say enough good things to describe our absolute delight with the whole process. Thanh and all those we dealt with at Rockwood went out of their way to ensure we were happy and did everything possible to make out "dream kitchen" possible. Their customer service is second to none. Thank you, thank you , thank you!

Kelsie drafted a couple of possible kitchen layouts for us. Once we selected the layout it was installed pretty quick. The price of the kitchen is great and so is the quality! Highly recommend.

We decided to renovate our kitchen at the cottage this past Fall’20 and my niece recommended RockWood Kitchens as she was very impressed with the work they had done on her kitchen. She also suggested that I ask for Kelsie Jackson, Design Consultant to guide us through the process. Kelsie did an outstanding job from start to finish in providing us with detail information and her expertise needed to make the right choices. Kelsie designed a beautiful kitchen to fit our space and our needs. She was instrumental in helping us pick the cabinetry, hardware and counter top. She always followed up with regards to installation information and always checked in with us to see how we were doing offering to help if we needed her advice. The service staff were very professional as well and showed up on time for the installation date as well as the “after installation” touch up services. They were always very mindful with managing COVID rules throughout the process. We felt very safe and in good hands. We love using our new cottage kitchen! I would highly recommend RockWood Kitchens and I would highly recommend Kelsie Jackson. She was a pleasure to work with and found her very knowledgable and very professional!
J	John Amero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was impressed with the concept and publications, a product I could assemble and install myself. The design had a few hurdles as changes were made with out explanation and I had to ask why. Fundamentally the design fell back to my original plans. This set ordering back a couple of weeks Covid didn't help either. I have experienced backorder items that the design was changed to avoid backorders, three weeks later the items showed up. Missing parts, hardware, damaged parts and incorrectly machined parts. Plus the warped and dried out plywood, I did alot of extras to straighten pieces. The plywood was separating on sections so they had to be glued and clamped. I wish I had the machines to do it myself, but I don't so I was hoping Rockwood was the answer. The tolerances are poor, top and bottom sections having 3/16 to a 1/4 of an inch play is wrong. I added the amount of fasteners required to secure the cabinets before installing easily $30.00 of extra fasteners. Also the assembly instructions were a joke the videos were better, but if the cabinet you had was manufactured at a different date you had to be creative. Luckily years ago I did cabinetry work. Once installed the cabinets and design look awesome, I alerted multiple units to suit my needs and now I am waiting for someone to get back to me about the granite. Since I am working with Rockwoods product and design I need to see what they can do.

We first designed our basement kitchen with them and were so impressed by the service and quality of the kitchen that we decided to go with them for our upstairs kitchen. Kelsie was very patient and worked with me and our space to create something that would maximize our space. The installers were also very professional, but unfortunately scratched the ceiling and some walls while installing the kitchen. When I brought it up to Kelsie, she was understanding and reimbursed us for some of the damages. Overall I had a good experience and would definitely recommend Rockwood kitchens again!
