★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give them no stars if I could. I purchased a brand new Ford Escape only to have problem after problem!! I brought my vehicle in because it stopped running. Service guy told me rodents ate my wires, when I asked to see them I was told they were already disposed of and that my warranty would not cover…,well ok? But only a month later my engine light comes on, pop the hood to look and notice my engine cover has been cracked and they obviously did more damage. Run a diagnostic on it to only find they did indeed do more damage as they broke a hose and attempted to repair it by gluing back together , which also completely occluded the line ?. Fast forward to me bringing it to another Ford dealership and now paying another 300$ plus to fix their incompetence and not to mention their dishonesty. I’m seriously disgusted with the Rockland dealership and quite frankly I’m done with Ford also!!! Buyer beware
