Rockies Rentals

Our stay was fabulous! We stayed at the Crawford house. Booking was smooth - correspondence leading up to our stay was timely and efficient. They reached out with confirmation of booking promptly and then followed up with emails to ensure our stay was perfect. They were able to recommend some great excursions and activities to do with the kids. With our many flight delays, the hosts were very accommodating and understanding. We ended up arriving at about 1:30 in the morning and checkin went smoothly. We were all exhausted, but very pleased to find such comfortable beds! Throughout our stay we made great use of the pool table in the loft area in the evenings. It was a great space for us to unwind at the end of the day- have a few snacks, play some pool and enjoy family time! The hot tub was also a highlight of our evenings. The heat was just what my ‘old’ body needed. And it was romantic to spend our wedding anniversary relaxing in a hot tub while star gazing. The kitchen space was splendid. Plenty of work space and the kitchen cabinet inventory was impressive (e.g. stand mixer, slow cooker...). We joked with the hosts that they were missing muffin tins- they promptly said, ‘really? they are usually there’ And then offered to drop some off. Although I regularly bake in the morning, I was on holidays and was only joking. But I must admit I was impressed that if I wanted some they would provide them. Location was perfect. Easy to find and within walking distance to the downtown area. Wifi was fast and kids were logged in within seconds. Bathrooms stocked with shampoo,conditioner, soaps, q-tips, makeup wipes, emergency feminine products....Everything you could possibly need!! Our departure day came fast and we were sad to leave. Kids brought our garbage to the bins - which was a short walk away. Departure went just as smoothly as arrival and we are already talking about when we will come again!

Nice room, great view, with shared access to the hot tub and pool at Stoneridge. The fridge and freezer were warm when we got there and the nice people brought us a cooler with ice and ice packs as well as a freezer for the night until the fridge became cold. Dishwasher was a little loud, but other than that the rental was fully stocked, which was pleasant.

The Crawford Suite is an exceptional space with an above average kitchen. The location is quiet and easily accessible. We enjoyed the space so much we extended our stay. Rockies Rentals was friendly and a pleasure to interact with. We will certainly be returning this summer.

Everything was fantastic! Pool table, hot tub, BBQ, all the conveniences of home. The hosts are awesome and always available to talk to. We stayed at the Crawford house and it is very spacious. The kitchen is large is also great. Close to everything in town.

Nice spacious condo, beautiful setting, you can walk to everything downtown. Easy key-code access to building, condo, parking, fitness room, hot tub, billiard room. We were able to check in a little early and check out a little late, which was great. What was not great: we arrived in a cold snap (-30 C. outside) and all thermostats had been turned to "off" so indoor temp was 18. It took a full 2 days and a repairman visit to warm up to 22. Instructions said to supplement with gas fireplace, but the gas fireplace was not in working order, It did not work at all during our week-long stay. Disappointing, because a fireplace is a key feature of such vacation properties, even if you don't need it for heat! Dishwasher functioned but requires servicing to get dishes clean.

We had a great stay in our suite. It was clean, very well stocked and all the furniture and beds were comfortable. Appreciated that there were extra towels and bedding. We did have a small issue with access to the hot tub; it would have been helpful to know that there are 2 ways to access because our room code did not work on one of the doors. We didn't realize there was another entrance.

The house felt like home from the moment we stepped in. Very well decorated. Great kitchen, fully equipped.Very clean. The views were spectacular all around. We also enjoyed the recreation area with the pool and outdoor hot tub. The hosts were very attentive to our needs. Will definitely want to come back!

The property exceeded our expectations! We were 8 adults and 4 children under 5. There was lots of room for everyone. most of our time was spent hanging out around the massive kitchen island and adjoining dining/living room eating and playing games. The Library was also a nice quiet spot for those wanting some quiet time. Note that sound does carry easily throughout the house due to the open design, but it wasn't an issue for us. The bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms were amazing. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and cooking utensils. The scenery out the windows picturesque. We wish we could have stayed longer!
