These guys did a great job. Had a little trouble due to my over-watering but they came back quickly and fixed it for a very fair price. Excellent to deal with. Most importantly, they're honest and keep to their commitments.

This company has limited knowledge of civil work. With complaints and ongoing files against them from employees through Labour Relations. They also withhold payroll. Is this a company you want to support? You will not see a 5☆ rating in the past 3 years. Christine is extremely unorganized, and always passing blame onto employees.

Rockhard did a large hardscaping project at the property next door to my house. They did an amazing job on the neighbours property, for sure. Hard working and professional crew doing obviously difficult work, right in the middle of the 2021 heat wave! It was over 45 degrees most of the time and they kept working somehow. Consideration towards how this work next door would tie into my existing property was not as solid as I would have liked, or what I thought would be standard when building against a finished property. Just a couple extra feet to make it all look finished and connected as you'd expect to see between any two properties did not happen without my continued whining to finish this project to the pre-existing work on my property. I think that was because the heat wave would have set their schedule back. After a number of conversations and 4 months, they came back, added a couple feet of retaining wall to tie everything in. Now it looks great and is functional. They even did it all free of charge, but the time it took to agree/arrange did stress relations with my new neighbour and I lost some hairs in the process worrying that I'd have to hire someone else to finish the tie-in to the work they did next door. I'd have no hesitation in hiring rock hard, I would imagine they do the best work in Kelowna. But I do suggest making sure a solid plan is in place to make sure neighbouring properties will not be handed a mess. Although as mentioned, this is all probably just because of that crazy heat wave and a schedule their crews had in place months before. My experience may not be the norm. Anyways all hard working, good people on the project. Thanks again for the 2 feet of retaining wall you did for me.
