★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best person to do dog grooming. Saw another review who posted a 1 star review because of communication. And it might be true, because when she is working she's paying attention to the dogs. Making sure they are comfortable, and at ease. We brought our St. Bernard in at 7 months. She had never been groomed by someone else. She was scared, didn't want to go in, ended up peeing on the table. But! The next time, our dog was excited, ran in to the store and did really well.
This is because she was treated well!
On top of that Bianca and staff do a great job. And the pups come out beautiful!
