★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ancient Hill Winery is such a lovely place to drink and taste great wine! The lady working today (May 11th) was the sweetest. Definitely made the experience even better. I highly recommend this place. Super cute.

It is the best local winery around, AND THEY ARE STILL OPEN, WITH AN OUTDOOR PATIO TO SOCIAL DISTANCE where you can enjoy your glass or bottle of wine. You can even bring your own snacks or picnic lunch or dinner to enjoy there. There is plenty of space to keep your distance away from each other's bubbles. You are surrounded by nature and gorgeous views of the grapes growing and the airport. They sell candle holders and charcuterie boards from old wine barrels, jewelry, jellies, honey and much more. It is the best place to relax, unwind, enjoy the view and see the grapes grow. Some people say to stop and smell the flowers. I say, stop and watch the grapes grow. One day you will be drinking from those grapes. It really is the best therapy to enjoy a glass or bottle of wine and socialize with people in your bubble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely patio and tasty wine! We searched for a dog friendly patio and our puppy, Watson, had as good of a time as we did - snacks, water and love. The wine was delicious and well priced, the picnic on the patio was cute and tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mmm this wine is good! Big fan of the Pinot Gris. Second visit here. Local cheese and honey too! You can watch the bees buzz all over the lavender then eat the honey those bees made! Bring your cute puppy and they will provide milk bones and fresh water (no doggie vino yet). You might be just as lucky and have the owner let you put your puppy on the table too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolute hidden gem of the Okanagan. We make sure to visit whenever we can. Small family run with beautifully smooth wines (Baco Noir for a smooth, robust and flavourful Red and their Baco Noir-based Rosé)
Awesome patio grounds and they let you bring your own picnic as long as you buy a bottle (done!) The owner is SO friendly and the grounds are so warm and welcoming

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last Saturday a couple of close friends and I took some dips & tortillas and sat for hours enjoying our snacks and wine catching up and enjoying our time in the sun with the fresh air and surrounded by all the flowers and birds chirping and we enjoyed catching up with each other. We sometimes call it our "therapy," as sometimes it happens on a Wednesday and sometimes it happens other days of the week. There is plenty of space to spread out so you are not too close to other people as you can see from the pictures. They also sell many things here such as home made jewelry, honey, jellies, charcuterie boards, wood bowls, hand painted wine glasses and wine barrel candle holders. The owners and staff are great and very personal and knowledgeable too. This is always a must to stop at if you are looking for a great small and intimate winery to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a beautiful winery! I wish I took more pictures. The scenery was amazing. The wine was delicious. We even saw bears! They said due to the wildfires in BC three family of bears came down for the summer/fall and have been eating so many grapes they won’t have any Pinot Gris from this year. They’re attitude: “the bears were here first; we don’t mind helping them stock up for the winter.” So, so sweet!
This place is beautiful! Definitely try it out.
