Although the parts were back ordered and I had to wait 2 months to get the reel back (not their fault whatsoever), the reel came back like new. They did not charge me anything because the reel was under warranty. They even shipped it back to me at no charge. Thank you Rockey's and Tammy. Reviews of this place is spot on. Will definitely use them again for any issues I have.

Had a 250KM trip to get to Rockey's so spoke with Tammy a few times beforehand, super nice and super helpful. Showed up for 8am on day I said I would and Tyler was ready. About 1-2 hours later, Tyler had replaced numerous parts on my new Terrova (lemon) and made the necessary repairs. He also took the time to show me what he was doing so I could troubleshoot any future issues. My terrova now runs like it should, first time in 4 months since buying it new. I'd rather not see Rockey's again, but if I have Minn Kota issues, I won't even consider other shops after this experience. 5+ stars

I was on a seemingly impossible search for a dicontinued travel rod ( a long 6 month search i might add) they took the time to look through old stock and made a suggestion of who i should contact ) They were right on the money !!! Thank you once again !

It just needed to be taken apart and cleaned as there was a lot of debris inside. I did not even think of that! Although it did not need repair, it still needed to to be taken apart and cleaned. I assumed there would be a charge for the service. They ended up not charging me anything and offered a free service. THANX ROCKEY!!

The day I installed it and tried to turn it on for the first time it sounded like a rocket engine taking off. I was distraught. Brought it to Rockey’s in orillia and I expected it to be done within two weeks, they called me 10 minutes after I left and had already fixed the issue. Tammy is amazing and I think the service guy Tyler had it figured out in seconds. Can’t say enough good about this place!

Ordered on Tuesday with Tammy and received new replacement on Friday. Definitely pleased with the fast service and replacement part was exactly like the original. Will definitely buy products and/or services from Rockey's in the future. Very satisfied with my experience and no one would ever know the arm assembly on my reel was replaced.
