Order parts, yeah NINE WORKING DAYS, that’s a joke, mind you after the nine working days plus a long weekend, the owner called to see if I received my part lol

They didn't have either of the 2 items we were looking for because they didn't carry one of the items and were unfamiliar with the other. We made a small purchase of a novelty Stihl product. Greg promised to look into one of the items and call us back. Through the entire visit he was very friendly and knowledgeable about his products despite not having what we wanted. I honestly didn't think they would bother because it was such a small, inexpensive item. In less than 30 minutes, Greg had researched and located the item, found a possible Canadian distributor and left me a voicemail instructing me how to find the item. With no hope of a sale, he followed through and helped us. This was excellent service and an example to other small business owners. Thanks you to Beaverton Mower.

Regardless of which part you deal with, the staff are incredible to deal with. Don is very friendly and gladly helps figure out and accommodates any project I have come to him with. Definitely recommend using Beaverton Mower and Brock Automotive

They are not out to gouge the customer and when he quotes he stays within it. They also have a huge cat named Toro that looks like she owns the place..in fact, i think she does. Covid friendly but if you plan on tap dancing at the counter, you'd better obey the sign. (See picture for explanation)
