Jay and his team made this possible for us even though it was not a standard battery he got it delivered and changed within the hours. My mechanic is out of the area of the Auto sales place I intended to use but Napa Auto stepped up and gave me a next day appointment at short notice. They thoroughly inspected the car and highlighted areas that needed attention, all at a decent price. Great people, great service. Thanks Napa Auto!

They've helped me to inspect a flat tire and install the spare tire so that I could get back on the highway quickly and arrive at my destination safely. I'd highly recommend Riverside Auto of Sutton West to people living in Sutton and anybody travelling to Sutton!

Today was my first time here and I wish I would’ve found this shop a long time ago. They are very fair as far as prices go and did a huge favour for me and popped out a bad dent in the rear end of my car. I cannot be more happy with them and from now on they are my go to mechanics. Thank you so much Chris and Jason, it was a pleasure doing business with you today! ? I am going to recommend your shop to everybody I know!
J	Jeanette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a regulator break and my front drivers window fell down into the door, it was on an evening where temperature was around -10 and I don't have a garage to keep warm , I called NAPA riverside and asked if they could take a look and give me a quote. I was shocked when they said it would cost me $485.00..including a $50 charge just to look at my car which I wasn't aware of prior to them looking but understand its policy, it would have been justified if they were able to put some clear plastic to get home safely but I was told " sorry we don't have anything to help cover your window" I called a friend who said he could fix I just needed to get the regulator, I called the same place they did PART SOURCE and I paid $185 for the part and it took 20 min to fix...I was very upset that the extra $200 was for something that took 20 min to repair ?? that doesnt sound right !! maybe you can purchase some clear plastic with the $50 I was charged to look at my window so the next person doesn't have to drive home freezing and wind blowing on them !!
