Rich has also been helpful with all work related to the preparation and set up of our unit, but most of all, he was understanding of our needs, quick to reply and his advice was given in order to help us in the best possible way. Good value seems like a strange thing to use describing people, but his services and energy are definitely something that we would consider a great value. He quickly bring us confidence in his capacity to sell the house by bringing a stager and a photographer to bring the house to its best condition. He also support us to identify the right time and the right price for the house and that allow us to sell the house in only few days with a price higher then we were asking. He's extremely knowledgeable about his trade, but more importantly in my frame of reference anyway, he will treat you well !!! He's a good, decent person and treats people with respect !! He listens, answers questions, explains things, and will guide you through without making you feel stupid, incompetent, or that you're ever, ever dealing with someone who wasn't interested in you and your situation [been there previously with someone else from a different company]. My first experience with Roch was quite a few years back when my now Ex and I were buying a mobile home. Roch was representing the Seller but was always very kind and patient in answering any questions about the place my now Ex and I had as we weren't using a real estate agent on our end. Roch even came over on his day off to show me how to start the gas fireplace. That one kind gesture really stuck with me years later. When my Ex and I split in 2021, I was going to use Roch for the sale of the mobile home, but I mistakenly thought EXIT Reality was a small company and I didn't want the mobile home on the market for a long time. I was so, so wrong in not hiring Roch and EXIT Realty; and deeply regret NOT hiring Roch and EXIT Realty as I hadn't done my research into EXIT Realty's success and market representation. After having a beyond horrible experience with someone else from a different "in your face marketed" company, I knew that when, as Power of Attorney I had to sell my mother's house because of a debilitating stroke my mother recently had, I would first offer the listing to Roch. I'm glad I went with Roch. He knows his stuff and treated me so well. He made the whole process easier. I know I won't be in the position to buy or sell any other real estate, but I've given Roch's information to my sister for when she's ready to sell her house, and I gave Roch's information to a friend of my sister's who is just starting out and might be looking to buy a condo when he has more of his student debt paid off. I give the same recommendation to you the reader, go with Roch. You won't be disappointed in his service !!!!!

From the first time we made contact, Roch was very responsive and made himself available. My wife and I were coming in from out of town with a limited amount of time in Ottawa to purchase a house and he was always available for online planning meetings prior to our arrival, and when we showed up he freely gave as much time as needed to see a ton of houses in that short amount of time.
