We have been getting our flowers here since the early days ...disappointed in the current staffing. At least one of our family purchase here monthly.

She did 2 big arrangements, for a funeral, in 30 minutes at the same price I have paid to Bloomex (which never showed up with the flowers I have ordered for the funerals). E	Elizabeth Erander on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered the Multi Coloured Bright floral bouquet for a sympathy situation for a close family member who lost their son tragically. What we received was some watery coloured blah arrangement. I was at the home when they were delivered and I was very disappointed. When I put in a complaint I was asked for the recipient's phone number. This was not really necessary because I told them I was staying at their house but I gave it anyway. The florist then actually CALLED the grieving mother to give a lame excuse about mixing up the order with another that was for a Pascal and this misread pastel.. ( how does that even connect for a separate order!!??) And that they would replace it by coming to pick up the incorrect one and giving the new one! Seriously inappropriate all around with calling the grieving mother with pointless excuses and exchange instead of just apologizing and bringing a new arrangement. And the quality of the flowers were not very good. Would never use this florist for any occasion!
R	Rose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They called the person I sent flowers to let them know that the order didn't go through and proceeded to let them know the cost of the flower arrangement? They called the recipient of the order instead of the sender to let them know of this. A surprised turned into an embarrassing situation for me, as I live abroad and was buying flowers for a family member and my card held the funds due to international transfer. Read your orders accordingly.

After paying, he decided to purchase 3 more water tubes which came to $1.50. He took out his credit card again to pay, and was told that they do not take payment via credit for less than $5.00. He mentioned that it was the day of his father's funeral and could they not just add them in as they would not accept his method of payment, but was told no. No compassion. We were a first time customer and a last. We will be shopping elsewhere for all other floral arrangements.
