No variety, overpriced and such low quality flower.I was told a certain price and when she added the flowers up she doubled her price and tried to negotiate with me. She has done this to other people and it’s not right. Be very cautious as the flowers are very overpriced for the quality and quantity. Many other great florists around the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 86 yr old mother had a stroke 10 years ago and I live 550 km away, so I've used this florist in the past because they are close to my parent's condo and usuasally have had no problems.
However, this Mothers' Day was horrible.
I ordered the best bouquet available for my mom.
Problems started with the delivery guy. The front of the condo is under construction and many BIG signs (in French and English) advise that the side entrance has to be used. Well, the delivery guy called my dad to deliver the flowers, but he was waiting at the front door, while me dad was looking for him at the side door. Many minutes later my poor old dad finally got the flowers.
When he got upstairs to his condo, he opened the box and he flooded the kitchen because the vase holding the flowers was broken inside the box.
I don't care so much about the wasted money for this gift, but I do care that my dad had to through what he did just because Mille Fiore Flowers is incompetent.

I found Mille Fiore Flowers through a Google search to send flowers to my cousin to offer our condolences after her father died. She sent a photo of the bouquet when she received them to thank us. What a beautiful bouquet! More beautiful and larger than I had anticipated. I was going to write directly to the company to thank them but thought a Google review might be better for them. Bravo Mille Fiore! Merci!
