About Robert Lee Martial Arts
Our professionally trained and highly qualified instructors provide a range of martial arts classes to students, helping them all through the process to achieve their fitness and wellbeing goals. They strive to be positive role models for all our students, incorporating the teaching of strong character, leadership, good citizenship and good values into each class.
We offer Martial arts programs for children and adults, as well as classes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Fitness Kickboxing for adults and teens. We also offer Boot camp Fitness sessions throughout the year that incorporate fitness Kickboxing and Strength & Conditioning classes, specializing in getting results and reaching fitness goals.
Our programs take into account each members abilities, including strength, size, conditioning and age. Members are trained to the best of their own ability.
