Starting Karate in your 40s was intimidating but they made me feel welcome as a beginner and coming to a class is now my favorite part of my day. The senior students have also been super supportive and encouraging. There are some great mentors here for both me, and for my kids. I recommend Dojo Physical Arts for the entire family.
