★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wanted to say that my experience at all about floors in Vancouver was a good one. My new flooring looks great and when i had a concern, Marco came out the next day to look at it. It turned out that we had moved the transition piece before it had a chance to properly adhere. He got his guy in that same evening to fix it and everything is great now. Flooring looks really nice and all my friends love it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to All About Floors by my neighbours. They had a flood a few months back and All About Floors had repaired their floors. They did such an amazing job so when my husband and I were ready to replace our old carpet with some nice hardwood we called Marco at Aaf. Great service, fair pricing and great installers who did an amazing job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Team at All About Floors was superb, from start to finish. We were initially disappointed in the colour variability of the new wood planks. The variability was greater than expected based on the sales floor sample provided. Marco, Richard and the sales representative from the mill met with us to understand our concerns and to find a mutually agreeable solution. We learned a lot about engineered wood floors and finishes from the sales representative. The floors were installed exquisitely and the floor design is a work of art. We are thrilled with our new floors and thank All About Floors for their respectful and solution focused approach, and their competent craftsmanship.

Despite an error on my part with ordering, they were very helpful in rectifying things and ensuring my experience was outstanding. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy with the install. Would likely not use again as their hours of operation (Monday to Friday 8:30-4:30) don't currently work for me. In addition, I sent feedback after the install in May and asked for it to be shared with the manager/owner. To date, I have not receive the courtesy of an acknowledgement, explanation as to why they have certain practices, or a simple reply. Sharing my feedback below:
I'm happy with the floors thankfully but feel that the overall customer experience could have been better if:
1) I was told about the requirement to test flooring materials prior to removal at the time the measurements were taken so this could be included as part of the testing that was already scheduled to be done;
2) in addition to explaining that leveling is not included in the quote, the fact that installers would not be equipped to perform leveling was also mentioned so that I could engage leveling contractors when the sub floor was exposed on April 10 as opposed to trying to engage them 7 days prior to the end of the project;
3) lastly, please give customers advance notice before charging their cards so that they have the option to use another card of their choosing. And if this is not possible, at least send a receipt after the fact so I don't have to stumble across the charge on my own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marco and Shannon at All About Floors are just amazing. They helped me through the entire process of replacing my flooring in our older home. Marco is very knowledgeable and gave me some great advice and ideas and actually saved me from getting a more expensive floor that would not have suited our lifestyle. Shannon was great at communicating with us on ordering and scheduling the install dates. Installers were very friendly and professional. I have already recommended them to my family and friends.
