He provided us with options that were suited to exactly what we requested. When you find yourself going back to the same person for your real estate needs you know you've found someone you can trust, communicate well with, and overall enjoy working with. As I see from his other clients reviews, It's clear that I'm not the only that continues to rely on Riyad time and time again. And that's what you want from your agent.
Riyad's vast experience & market knowledge gave me the confidence to choose him to help me find properties to lease but to also purchase and sell my first home. I didn't think I could make a profit selling a house just one year later but with Riyad's guidance I did just that! He's truly a miracle worker.
His unique quality is equality. No matter what the client is looking for he treats everyone the same. We went through a gruesome month long process just to find a lease and although I thought it wasn't worth his time he NEVER made me feel that way. I am in absolute disbelief at his dedication, kindness, and responsiveness. No matter how picky you are he really doesn't stop until you are satisfied, happy, and have found the perfect place to call home. And I love that he is SO easy to talk to.
I can go on forever about how great Riyad is but you need to experience working with him yourself. Give him a call. It'll be one of the best decisions you make!

β β β β β This was the third time my family had worked with Riyad and he has been amazing every time. Riyad is a very professional real estate agent, knowledgeable, and diligent in his work, and super easy to talk to with a friendly and honest personality. He is also very responsive in his communication and supportive during the buying process. He really takes the time to find and show you properties and talk about them, and provides valuable feedback and advice during each viewing.
One of the best parts of my experience with him was his quick response time and how he always tries to answer your questions and concerns in a timely manner and how he always follows up with you at every step of the buying process to ensure everything is going smoothly and without issues. On our last transaction, Riyad worked really hard to ensure that I finally got the property that I liked quickly and within my budget which was really important. Finally, on closing day he went above and beyond to ensure everything was in order and even helped with some last minute utility transfer concerns I had.
Working with Riyad had been a great experience from beginning to end and I would highly recommend him again to friends and family again. Riyad, once again, thank you for all your help and for making our buying experience a successful and positive one every time! A 10/10 service always.

Weβve met other realtors and Riyad blew us away with his authenticity and overall skills/knowledge. He made a stressful process a complete joy. We wanted to partner with someone who understood not only market trends, but our family needs (schools, highway, not too many stairs), our wish list (pool) and our limitations (budget). 6 years ago Riyad went above and beyond to find us the perfect home, on budget, and checking all the right boxes.
He has since helped many friends and family to purchase and sell their homes and cottages. It's so easy to just "use the guy" that your friend did, but I'd say read these reviews and give Riyad a call. You'll immediately see the difference, and eventually see the value.
