★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had Dr Mukty for years and I've never had a doctor so genuinely nice and caring. I've also seen the other doctors for walk-ins and have had no negative experiences. Short waiting time and receptionists are nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Peters has been my GP for about 2 years now because my doctor left MB. I have never been overly impressed by him. I like to joke and smile, even when I was diagnosed with MS I cracked jokes, but I get absolutely NOTHING in return. Don't think I've ever seen him crack a smile. But then I had it with him today when I took my son into the walk-in bc his regular dr is on holiday. My son has had a fever for almost 4 days now and has been complaining about a sore ear. I am sure it's the same infection that my daughter and multiple kids from her school have had. My son has sensory issues and was crying and cringing because he didn't want the doctor to look in his ears. Dr. Peters didn't even try to talk to my son to calm him down. I was pleading with him to help me. I was able to hold my son so he could have a look but he said "I'm not going to look at him if he's like his". He is a 6 year old that is scared... he did NOTHING to help. Told me to just keep giving him Tylenol... after 4 days of fevering just keep giving him Tylenol!!! I have seen other doctors with my kids at the walk-in and have been impressed. And the staff at Riverwood are great, especially Kathy. She helped me switch Dr's bc there is no way that I ever want to see Dr. Peters again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has been a life saver. Dr. Magnusson is one of the best doctors I've encountered in Winnipeg. He takes the time to actually listen to what you have to say. The staff at the clinic are also great and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went last week for my 4 years old daughter. I came with my baby as well. No change table and the receptionist didn't want to find a solution to change the diaper. I waited the end of the appointment to change the diaper on the examination table. Unfortunately the diaper felt beside the table ( i had only one left) and I was not able to reach it. I asked the receptionist but she didn't seem interested. I asked again for help, she finally came and said "i come back". After few minutes she was not here so i asked my other daughter to reach the diaper ( hopefully she didn't hurt her self) . I left the room and saw the receptionist comfortable sit on her chair speaking with her coworker... i felt humiliated, sad and angry. Why doing this job if you don't like helping people. I don't want to come back here. Sorry to loose my doctor who was good but this place is not friendly and seats are very very dirty in the waiting room ( one day one seat was all wet( probably urine) , i told the receptionist but she didn't do nothing so i told the doctor about that , he said we have to change those seats but nothing changed since one year.... )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionists are friendly and very hard working! My 22-year-old daughter and I have been seeing Dr. Koh here since 1996! I won't go to any other physician. If something in my health needs looking at by a specialist, she makes a referral. She is thorough, personable and altogether too smart. Great bedside manner!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi my husband and I both have dr Magnuson. He’s great and so on the ball and thorough. He got us through some bad times with health and we were so grateful to have him as our doctor.
The staff there are great too…Kathy and the other girls are very nice.
