Last month I had the most offensive and rude experience with Rico at the postal outlet. He was rude, condescending, argumentive with a simple request of asking for a date stamp, communicated in a poor and unfriendly tone of voice. Everything about that interaction conveyed that Rico should not be dealing with the public. I had just started visiting the outlet that month and had made 3-4 visits. I have had excellent experience with Nawal and another young lady as well as the manager, Cathy. However, the disgusting experience with Rico was enough for me to cancel my transaction that day and walk away and called Canada Post directly to initiate a service ticket and investigation into the matter. Within a day, Cathy, the store manage called me right away and apologized with trying to explain her employee's actions. Don't get me worng, Cathy did everything right and was stellar in her trying to make things right. However, she should not have to apologize for the employee unless it was the employee offering his apology to be passed onto me. Secondly, she should absolutely not try to explain and make excuses for his actions such as perhaps English was not his first language and perhaps the culturally differences may have interfered. NO! Rude is rude. And the fact that he argued about asking why I would want a date stamp on my parcel is absolutely unacceptable. (Outside of me presenting my small business card on another occasion and then noticing that my receipt did not show a discount was something I noticed from another employee but that would have be cents on the dollars and although, that should not have been; the main issue was with Rico.) Again, Cathy, who did a stellar job of talking to me and offering me a wonderful store courtesy, she did everything right and everyting she could do. However, walking in the previous day, I peeked around the corner to see who was working and sure enough, it was Rico. That was enough for me to walk away, walk out and leave as the prior experience was so strong that it had left an indelible impression upon me that cannot be erased and prompted me to write this review that I wish I did not have to. Cathy had expressed to me that I could have her page anytime and she will accommodate my needs at the post office but that would be just too much and too ridiculous for me to have her page everytime. Unless I am caught between a rock and a larger rock, it is much easier for me to walk away and never return if at all possible to that store and outlet. I apologize to the manager, Cathy, who did everything she could do but the damage had been done.

Convenient pharmacy & general store with a Canada Post office. Employees always courteous.

I don’t like any of the pharmacists they take way to long I waited for my meds for 2 hours and they told me to come back I have extreme body pains and Ibs and arthritis they treat their customers with disrespect and their all super snobby don’t go here for pharmacy needs I’m changing pharmacy’s

Me and my boyfriend have been going here regularly for 2 years, they have amazing deals that we really need and the cashiers are nice We go here mostly for the milk, toilet paper, hygiene products. So glad we live just down the street I'm native.. I used to think I was just being paranoid and I didn't wanna pull the race card, but whoever watches the cameras in the back is racist/judgmental .. this has been proven to me that I'm not just overthinking it I was there when an African canadian lady was in the front demanding why they called security to where she was (I was the Isle over) I didn't know she was there, I was so sure they did that because of me. I almost started crying in the Isle thinking "here we go again" lol I haven't experienced anything bad my last few times, I'm really thankful for that.. maybe it's different now

If I could give no stars I would. This pharmacy has been a constant let down. Their delivery and online systems are flawed. I had appointment there today EVEN GOT EMAIL AND TEXT NOTIFICATION only to have them tell me they won't be helping me. I suggest to anyone looking to use this pharmacy try somewhere else as I will be taking my business elsewhere. Their customer service is not the best either but I'll just leave it at that to avoid saying anything too hurtful. AWFUL PHARMACY GO ELSEWHERE. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE/TIME.

Great pharmacy that tries to help. Good place to buy milk, eggs, frozen food, stamps and junk food. Usually pick my kids u from school, and pick u some milk. Nice quick place to get a bunch of quick thing. Including lotto. Good place.

Very rude and condescending customer service from Rico in the post office. I come to this location several times a month to ship out / pick up items and have never been treated this way, however can say I’ve witnessed Rico’s unprofessional attitude before dealing with other customers. Im not usually one to say anything back as I also work in retail and understand the daily grind of dealing with the public.. Don’t get me wrong, there’s lots of other really nice staff at this location who I’ve never had a problem with whatsoever, but it would appear Rico let’s his ego get in the way, and emotions get the worst of him when called out for his poor customer service.

Much thankful to young lady Pharmacist Ravneesh :D :D She was so kind and helpful. Every pharmacist should be like her who understands what a patient is going through. She put great effort in making sure that my husband gets right medication. Even a follow up call was a great effort by her. Such a sweetheart :) :)
