After living at 360 Hoffman St for almost two years, we have had nothing but good experiences. The Superintendent Amy makes sure the building looks great and helps solve any issues that we have. Everyone in the building is nice and seem to get along great. It was a blast when the units are being upgraded, we could all stand in the hall to chat and laugh with one another.

We have no plans to move anytime soon. Great place, great people.

J	James Jarvis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have lived here going on three years, and am diggin' it. Huge, quiet suite, amazing views, big balcony – lots of great attributes. Pretty sure that if I leave here, it will be in a wooden box. New ownership (Centurion) are going all in on upgrades – indoors and outdoors. Tracey and Elaina in the leasing office are terrific people!

Very unique and understanding. The view and River valley access are very good. Like very much the place. It would be a 5 stars, if we had our 2 elevator and the first 3 month had some issues with people using my parking stall. Now it is all fine, also, can not really messed with elevator safety, it felt the contractor was only working part time on it.

My unit faced Southwest, large balconies and beautiful view. Tracey and Elaina are awesome and would absolutely recommend this place. New management, Centurion is doing a lot of great changes and I’ll sure miss out. All the best to the team there!
J	Jessica Olivier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t rent here. This apartment building is full of cockroaches, that the management conveniently forget to mention to new tenants. Even after fumigation the cockroaches were still in the unit. Hot water and water, was turned off many times without proper notice, and the elevators were always broken or “being worked on.” Maintenance would never come to fix anything broken in the unit. For 2 days the toilet was broken and management didn’t answer their phones or come fix it. This is a beautiful building with spacious units run by very poor management. No one should be paying rent to live in an apartment filled with bugs.

We moved in to a newly renovated apartment with beautiful river valley views. Tracy and her team in the office are absolutely amazing, their warm and welcoming attitude shines bright as soon as you walk through the doors. The gym and the convenience store are an added bonus to your new home!! :) I highly recommend Riverside Towers, it really does feel like a big family.

We are just getting settled into our new suite but attached are a few pics. The office staff and maintenance crew have always been wonderful to us. We have a tremendous amount of respect for them. I won't lie...this past summer and fall were horrible and we were very frustrated with all the construction going on but we managed and things are looking good. I realize that upgrades need to be done...it's the timing that was lousy.

Spacious suites totally renovated, nice large balcony (YES) and gym on the main floor. Management was amazing moving in, Tracey was the greatest with moving with ease, made sure as to tell and show me all the emmenities the building has to offer! Elaina with making the transition of moving perfect! Thank you ladies! I would recommend Riverside Towers your next home!

The property managers are kind and understanding, the units are huge and offer great views for a great price and the concrete build of the building means I never have to hear any unwanted spillover of sound from my neighbours. The location is also great for transit and the building itself offers plenty of amenities. I'm completely satisfied and really enjoy living here, I highly recommend it!!
