We are based in the UK and needed a Canadian Study Visa for our son who has been awarded a scholarship place at TRU for Sep 2022. Overwhelmed with the Visa application process and a time requirement to make sure that we did the application correctly first time round, a student already at the University from Australia, recommended Parth from Riverside Immigration to help with the application process. This was the best decision we made and from the outset Parth called us and discussed the process that he would take and the fees involved. He guided us seemlessly through the process and made sure that we had all the information required to support our application. This was done through the upload of scanned documents through a secure portal set up with Riverside Immigration. From this we were able to download and upload documents without any hitches. Despite the time difference, Parth frequently called us to explain/talk us through if anything was unclear and quickly responded to emails. Once the application was complete, Riverside sent the application off on our behalf and within a day we were given confirmation that they Canadian immigration had received it and a letter to start the next step of booking a Biometric appointment in the UK was received. This was easy to do with the link sent and appointment secured quickly. Once the Biometrics were done, within one week (despite the Canadian website saying that the process was currently taking 11 weeks) we received confirmation that the Study Visa had been granted. The speed of this can only, in my opinion, be down to the thoroughness with which Parth prepared our application, making sure that every vital piece of information was given, checked and supporting documents were included with a written statement. We are so pleased that we used Parth and Riverside Immigration and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for their services. Definitely a 5 star service without a doubt.
