I	Ivan M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We attended for a sports team event. I give the boat a (low) 3 only because it's not very comfortable when you have to be mostly inside due to inclement weather. The seating set up made it very cramped; if you sat against a window and needed to leave the table, everyone had to get up and squeeze in the aisle for you to leave your seat. They also set up some seats behind a wall so you couldnt see the presentation area at the front. Staff were attentive and friendly so no complaints there. I'm sure if the weather was good and we could have been outside more and had a better cruise experience the rating would be better.

We were supposed to board at 12:30 pm and we did not board until 2:00 pm. They did not have anything set up, no food prepare it was like they just plan the event that morning. Boat was dirty and again nothing was set up properly for guess. The line for the food was over an hour wait.. the event coordinators would have known ahead of time from the ticket sold the number of people attending, so why would they have stAff properly to served the food. Servers was very rude, the portion of food were not equal among guest.. the price for water and juice are extremely high. And for the raffle it really amazed me the person that won was a staff employee. Over all a terrible experienced i would not recommend to any one.. the only saving grace was the music and the food even though the portion is small compare to other people.
D	Dark Impact on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice river style boat cruise but without the steam or the paddle wheel. Very large and spacious. Average or reasonable washroom facilities. They serve alcohol and spirits. The staff is nice and the boat is wide for stability. However you do feel the waves slightly more on this boat than other lake Ontario ones. They have a retractable tarp for rain which is a bonus. The boat looks a bit tired and the bathrooms is why the 4 stars.
J	Jacob Matthews on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a cool boat. I was on board as part of a cider cruise. Definitely a fun upper deck for dancing/parties. Lower deck is a little dark and stale, but a good space, especially if dining is on the menu. The cruise was serving their lunch menu while I was there. It was very expensive, as expected. The burger and wedges were below average. The veggie wrap was actually excellent. The chicken wrap looked similar to the veggie wrap and was probably a good pick. Bathrooms were tiny, but actually excellent for a boat of that size. Whole boat seemed clean. Crew was well organized and efficient. We were out on a very hot day, and the boat lacks cool shady spaces. The bottom deck is covered, but lack of airflow meant it was very muggy. Upper deck has covers, but only for the rain. So there's only a couple spots with shade and a breeze, which were hotly contested. The pier they launch from is lacking. Just a gravel parking lot, but there is a lot of parking, so even a packed cruise isn't going to be an issue. The course they plotted is a cool Harbourfront view. Nice views of the city, the island, and the skyline. I'd go back for a cool event, but maybe not on such a hot summer afternoon.
