He goes out of his way to help people have a great rehearsal experience and is prepared to respond to most requests. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. You won’t find a better deal for the same quality and experience.

Great things about these rooms is the fact that they are so well insulated and soundproofed, there was virtually no sound leakage from the neighbouring studios. Joe is great host, he went out of his way to tend to our every need. Highly recommended!!!

Frankly it's a bit musty, dark and dingy (but we wouldn't have it any other way!), so it's not for some, but for those about to rock it's ideal to kick out the jams in deez catacombs! Management is always friendly and professional, equipment sounds great, and soundproofing is well done. Prepare to get lost in your art, here.

We especially appreciate the super thick walls and heavy double doors that results in virtually no noise bleed from other rooms, which is a big plus, because we are not loud band. In all the other rehearsal spaces in Toronto we had problem with noise bleed from adjoining rooms. Highly recommended.
