I’ve also enjoyed the education I’ve received on the benefits of procedures. Simi is my technician, she is brilliant and has my complete trust.
N	Navreet Bal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased a couples massage package for my husband and I. Our appointment was at 4:45 pm. When we arrived at the spa, we were barely acknowledged and told to have a seat. After waiting 15 minutes (with no communication or even apology for the delay), we were then addressed and told to come to the back for the massage. I noted the time on the clock for the moment we got in the room which was 5:05 pm. Our massage finished at 5:47 pm therefore it was not a full one hour massage. The entire massage felt like she was just gently rubbing lotion on my body - I asked a total of 3 times for her to add more pressure but there was no change (my husband did the same for his massage). I have had countless massages over the years and this was not a massage but rather just getting lotion rubbed on my body. Also, this wasn't a big deal but although it is advertised as a couples massage, you aren't actually side by side but rather in separate rooms that have a hallway that connects them.

Ruby was really attentive and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She is also very knowledgeable and made suggestions according to my skin conditions. I would definitely try more treatments after this experience. Amazing spa experience!

The music was calming, the products were soothing, the women who massaged us were wonderful. Thank you Karam and Jogita, you made the start of our anniversary very relaxing!!

This is our second time going and would go again! To make our day special they treated us to a complimentary hot stone massage and it was soooo nice. 10/10 :)

She asked questions and was very informative to make sure I was receiving the services right for me. Eg: threading vs waxing on sensitive areas of the face to reduce the chance of breakout. I originally booked a facial I thought would alleviate the issues I was having, however when Ruby had a closer examination of my skin, she suggested something different that would be more beneficial. I appreciated her knowledge and the facial was so relaxing, the combination of soft music, dimmed lighting, warm blanket and the hydrating products used for the massage was wonderful!

It was such a nice experience. We were welcomed and ended up getting our eyebrows done while we waited - they did a fantastic job! Then we had our massages and it was so relaxing and they acted with such kindness and compassion. It was a really difficult time for us over Christmas and this session felt healing.
