Restaurant seemed very clean and they took precautions to ensure safety during pandemic such as limited seating, plexiglass barriers, bottled drinks and other self-serve items were behind the counter, etc.
K	Kaylie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered from here on Uber eats and oh my god my whole order was wrong like I’m not sure if I got someone else’s order or they just put random stuff in my bowl because I’d did not order ranch sauce, black beans, tomato’s, onions and avocado, plus it tasted terrible I’m very disappointment and will not be ordering from here again.

There also seems to only ever be one person working, even during peak hours. It has become too inefficient to use this as a lunch time stop as we are frequently left waiting for half an hour while our food is prepared due to the single employee having to deal with our orders, as well as online orders. Will not be back to this location.
G	G S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really fast and friendly staff, but inconsistent meals. Ordering a side of protein results in random container size - you often don’t know how much you’re getting. I also don’t get why the kale they use is as course as a tree branch. But it’s fine.

This location was fantastic in fixing it the girl working there helped me get the correct ones the minute their shipment came in. They are short staffed there and I appreciate they are doing their absolute best under these conditions. Thank you very much! I will be back soon.

I had my order come to about 30$ and he still was quiet rude when I just asked him to add some onions because I forgot to mention that when I ordered. I am regular customer at different Freshii locations but this was my first and last time at this Freshii locations. Spending so much money and not getting even the bare minimum of customer service is quiet disrespectful. Please don’t go here if you want to be dealt with some kindness and respect.

After 15 minutes waiting, was told that they were out of falafel too. This poor girl was friendly and great, but this location is poorly managed. This review is being written as I still wait for my burrito. Have more than 1 person working. Probably won't be back.
