R	Ron Chandra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give zero stars, this location is just horrible, everything from the cleanliness, flies & incompetent employees, the owner must not give a hoot about their business. The workers don’t tell you it’s going to be a 30-45 min to wait for your food until after you’ve picked your items which is just ridiculous nor do they understand a lick of English. Just an all around horrible experience. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

Highly recommended and much better value than fast food fare. Eat on site and avoid the crippling cost of home delivery that small eateries like this have to absorb.

It was trash, it was dry and had no true Pad Thai flavours, the sauce that was used was literally sweet chilling sauce-SWEET CHILLY SAUCE! Please, do yourself a favour and do not waste you money here.
S	Simon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great menu, healthy and tasty food. The portions are nice sized, which all makes the price very decent. Located in the west block of High Street Mall. I'm in the High Street area frequently around lunch and this is my go to lunch provider during those days. Highly recommend going with the Udon noodle instead of rice.
P	Purple Platapus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Things look clean but every surface was very sticky and gross. Staff didn’t understand my order even after repeating multiple times. My biggest complaint is that one bite of food contained a 1 inch bone fragment which punctured the roof of my mouth. Luckily I’m fine now. The only positive about this place is one of the men working there who really cared about the guest experience.

When the restaurant opened they were amazing BUT it has taken a turn and going right down hill. The service sucks. I have ordered extra chicken and we never got chicken. I went to the store and ordered my food asked for extra chicken and they never added it in so I asked and she said ohh we forgot sorry we always add it l which they never do. The two girls that’s are working there always turn around and talk when customers are in the store. We have asked for extra sauce before and they Tried to charge me for it when I’ve never paid for extra sauce we always get it. This was one of my favourite places to eat but I will not be going back there. I called the same day I had RAW chicken and asked to talk to a manger the lady at the front said sorry he is busy doing paper work he can’t talk right now, so I said that’s fine can you get the owner or manger to contact me she said sure. It has been a week and no one has contacted me yet. Very disappointed in the customer service that is provided by the management team/ owner and employees working there.

Shouldn’t be classified as fast food because it took like 30mins to process three orders and we were the only customers. The food taste was not good at all. The wrap just fell apart and looks no where close to what they advertised. The cleanliness is a concern as well. The glass where they cook looks absolutely disgusting. Sorry we will not come back.
