★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best laser hair removal ever. I come from USA. Preet is very polite, knowledgeable and professional. Immediately started noticing a huge difference even after the first session. After second session half of the hair was gone. I highly recommend her without any hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I and my sister in law went to orchidmed11 and asked for laser treatment. no greetings when we entered. We met Preet , the owner was so unprofessional. She couldn’t communicate properly ,and she has no proper knowledge of laser. After asking her 3 session treatment, she started forcing for other package treatments along with laser, which we never even asked for. She left us there and started talking to someone else. She carries so much attitude. Anyway, our experience was awful and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like the owner Preet and her stuff. They are really nice and understanding. I go to them to get my full body laser hair removal. So far only did two sessions (today was my second), but I noticed that after first session. My hair didn’t come back Like only really small hairs in few places so it is working great. I have also gotten the Dermaplaning and Hydrafacial. Both were good. It was my first time and I have really sensitive skin so it hurt a bit but it was worth it. Another good thing about this place is that they don’t charge a lot and are good. I have asked people ik. They had to pay so much and not get good from other places. They use gel before laser (lol it is cold but it helps with the heat). I heard some places don’t so another plus point for them so I would recommend this place for anyone looking to get laser or dermaplaning or hydrafacial etc
Btw I got thick dark hair in some parts of my body and some parts thin but I think the laser worked well on both

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont leave reviews but this is the first time after I had a great experience at Orchid 11. I got an Oxygeno 3in1 Facial done 3 times from here and they have done a good job every single time. My face looks clean and radiant. Reason why I am leaving a review is because I have had this facial done at 2 other spas however I left the after my treatment I felt as if my face was still dirty. I explained this to the technicians at Orchid 11 and they made me feel comfortable and reassured the treatment would be effective.
