โ โ โ โ โ Visited them recently to get my eyebrows done and it was wonderful experience as I showed up without appointment which they were able to accomodate right away. Hardy provided best of her service and made sure it's done the way I want it. Would surely try other services on my next visit! Highly recommended!

โ โ โ โ โ I walked into Ritual Salon Spa Brow Bar 30 mins before closing to get my eyebrows done. Sue (I'm not sure if I spelled her name right, please forgive me) took me in right away and threaded my eyebrows to perfection! Thank you so much Sue! I've finally found my go-to gal to get my eyebrows threaded. The space has a very high-end, luxurious feeling and the spa scent when you walk in instantly uplifts and relaxes you. I'm planning to book an appointment with my husband for a couples massage and a facial soon. I can't wait!

After 3hrs on line research and studying, I decided to give a try to Ritual Salon Spa & Brow Bar in Burnaby The whole experience was great starting from the time I arrived. Maryam was the one to greet and welcome me at the door as well as providing me professional services according to what I needed. She was very friendly and very knowledgeable about services that Ritual Salon could offer base on your needed. She provided her ideas and expertise regarding to my issues and concern not only for feet & hands but skin treatments. I had been visiting there twice within two weeks. Ritual Salon are providing great selections of services for hair styling, skincare, brow, hands & feet.... and Maryam is the one I highly recommend and she will offer you her expertis for sure.

โ โ โ โ โ First time here today. Beautiful spa, lovely people, great hand and foot massage, but left with nail polish all over my fingers and toes. The polish pooled on several cuticle lines and was not applied evenly. Extremely disappointing. Would not recommend forgoing her for mani/pedi.

โ โ โ โ โ I have curly hair and I am very protective of them. Visited Ritual Salon for hair color on a friend's recommendation. I am so glad I chose this place. I got such amazing results. Not only the staff was gentle with handling my tangles, the products were also used according to my hair type. My hair look shinier and feel healthier. My experience with the genuine products they use has convinced me for trying their other services as well, that too in budget!

โ โ โ โ โ I had my haircut by Reg, and he did an amazing job. I'm currently growing my hair out and initially thought I would have to cut off a few inches to balance the bottom, but Reg managed to do it in a way where he only had to take off an inch or so.
My hair feels sleek, smooth, lighter, and the volume is nicely balanced.
If you enjoy being well taken care of, receiving an excellent quality haircut, and need professional advice on your haircare, Reg is your guy!
I was waxed by Maryam. She was fast, effecient, really nice and easy to talk to, and very professional. I definitely recommend her waxing services.
Last, but not least I had my eyebrows threaded (I didn't catch her name but I believe she is the main threader). She shaped my eyebrows in a way that they haven't been shaped before, and I'm enjoying the way they frame my face. She threaded them in a way that will be easier to fill in with makeup at home.
It was really nice to treat myself to some pampering. I felt very comfortable in their space. The environment was clean, open, and welcoming. I'm interested in receiving a facial in the future.
The prices are fair for the quality of services I received, and I would recommend Ritual Salon Spa Brow to anyone that is interested!
