Heather in sales was to help me then Rick.
I drove out to Chillwack two weeks ago and personally talked to Heather. She said i didnt talk to her...aren't new phones great that phone calls are documented.
She said she would get Rick to call me . Its been two weeks now and no call.
Unfortunately they are the only game in town.

They put your equipment as a consignment .
They Dont want to pay taxes. I sold my equipment someone he asked for loan.
They told me we bought your equipment.
Never do application on line hiding from the customer. If u go CRA website
If u are using commerical products and want to sell that. you are responsible for the taxes.
Any way very long story.
Avoid MONICA.Andrew . isabel etc. please avoid

Shame on you for advertising a “Timed Auction”
Bidding on a piece of equipment online only to learn that the Auction has been extended by another 2 minutes supposedly after it had closed.
Worst experience ever!
Don't waste your time
If I could leave ZERO Stars I would!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iron Clad Assurance is a joke, I purchased a pc of equipment with 649 hours on it, the truck driver who transported the unit called me, and told me to get a winch truck lined up to pull it off as it was not safe to unload as it was leaking oil so bad, we unloaded it i had a mechanic look at it, the skid pan was missing, oil pan was cracked, i notified Ritchie Bros within 2 weeks of getting it, by the time i got transportation lined up to haul it to Canada coupled with transportation, they said i was outside their time frame, even though the hour meter only had 3 hours on it. The person who called me was ignorant , arrogant and condescending.
Iron clad is a scam, 3 hours use and no coverage to repair or replace the pan, and skid plate, they deliberately did not show pictures of missing pan or leaks to drive the price up.
Beware....unethical
