★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone should stop taking the base paid. This location is ridiculous top of worst route. Mostly west and downtown Vancouver, no parking available, mostly apartment, wasting time, money, car wear... Please don't take any offers base pay until they increase paid and give amazonflex driver better route. $78, $91-$104 this base paid absolutely priceless compared to gas consumption cost.

And give me 3h route. Scan the 3h route not working because need Amazon WiFi. After connect WiFi scan the 3h route. Bam Showing 27 stop and 80 package, swipe finished. Drive out check on the app there another pickup on my 3h route on 28 stop list 38 package not scan. Come back asking , another Amazon employees tell me should scan the 4h route. but it's blue Amazon vest tell me 4h route not my block. Just bunches of waste. 3h route finished in 5h28 minutes.

What the poo are they thinking delivery on Saturday for business customer? $40/h should be on to cover return package. Because if it's package business customer don't want delivery on Saturday.
Come on Amazon. You're smart, do something better.
Also $78/3h is very cheap pay.. 1 single route delivery to Richmond, to west Vancouver and downtown. Mostly apartment. Stop giving flex driver apartment customer. They are so silly not answer the phone to open the access code.
Upgrade more Amazon locker please.
Also update automatically calculate correctly the customer address.... It so frustrated when it said customer next stop number 10 but instead customer number 10, it's has 2-4 different address. What the fax? why are you cheating.
