β β β β β Not impressed! Called and talked to Moe about my laptop not booting. Black screen, not even bios showing up, although power LEDs lit up. He proceeded to diagnose the issue over the telephone (already a red flag) and came to the conclusion that the motherboard was faulty and not worth fixing. Attempted to upsell me another laptop. Called another repair shop and they asked me to bring it in so it could be diagnosed properly. Problem was a bad ram sim. Replaced for cheap and its all working fine.

I went to drop off my laptop and the welcome approach was great. Moe was very helpful, accommodating and friendly.
After fixing the laptop, he updated the new hard drive and made sure it would make my wife happy.
He even delivered the laptop to my home. I would highly recommend Moe Repair. Thank you so much for the wonderful service.
