Donot buy their buyer protection. It is a scam because they will still make you go through the arbitration even if there is an issue with the car. Read their reviews where the customers have stated that their reasonable claims were rejected after the purchase of car with with buyer protection.

They sell cars claiming they are greenlight when they have more issues then a red light. There frame checks are even worse! selling frame damaged vehicles and shipping them out as if someone won't notice. I've dealt with Ross many times and he is the worst person to deal with! He would say or do anything to get out of admitimg they screwed up. You guys are all a bunch of crooks you should be ashamed of yourselfs. As well as the general manager he is the biggest crook.

I ended up going to Adesa to get my car transported because the original person that I had was leaving me with unanswered questions wasn’t responding to me not giving me an ETA and due to the circumstances of the floods in BC I was understanding of all that but I just didn’t like that there was no communication. So I ended up calling Adesa and I got a hold with a guy name Mike I believe he works in the transport communications I do have to say working with him he gave me an ETA which was the 10th he told me it was 1075 not plus tax just 1075. Athena they called me for a payment I ended up paying more than that. and then I was like oh my car should be here on Friday on December 10 I didn’t hear anything so I messaged him and then he told me that my car was not gonna be herr until the 15th so personally I don’t believe they have good communication and when I called Mike he seem to not care at all what I was going through and I’ve had to buy a Rent-A-Car rental car yet again due to his lack of communication in this customer service. So if you can find another place to transport your vehicle I would highly suggest do so or they should maybe get Mike out of the transports division of the of their business because he is horrible at customer service is extremely rude and just does care. Also when I did speak with Mike he did say that the car was promised but he said because of where I live it’s slower to get there when it’s only a 3 Hour drive. from where its original destination it’s going and I sent him two emails where he left me hanging and with no questions so I was always having to call.

As a seller they gave me no contract to sign and when it did not sell after a few weeks I pulled it. Only to find out I have to pay fees I was never told about. Then after talking to a manger was contacted back that they will waive those fees but tack on new fees. Talk about bait and switch.

Excellent Service. Maggie takes care of my business as her own and always on top of things. Great support by Bing and Nikolai. Front counter team is very thorough. Leslie, Christine and Bella are always on top of registrations and checks. John and Sean are always there for further management support. It’s the people that make an experience great and this place certainly got it. Thank you

I worked for Lawrence auto auction and Adesa for 20 year's I loved my job and the returning Customers I also bought a lot of cars over the years and I can say I never had a bad experience

DO NOT BUY FROM ADESA I have been ripped off by these people. I bought vehicle that was sold a running & driving vehicle to later find out it has a blown engine. The management and there arbitration department are thieves with moral ethics. This is the place all the dealers send there junk they can not sell off there lot. To the management at Adesa if you read this remember karma is a real thing.

Hi everyone I have had a lot of experience dealing with adesa. The company has a lot of nice people in working in the sales department, the lot staff are very kind, the accounting staff is nice, the lot staff are pleasant and even the detailing staff are nice. But the management and the department that apparently help people when they have trouble with a purchase they have made know as arbitration are nothing but money hungry lying thieves with not shred of decency. They will not stand behind anything they sell do not buy any of there ripoff Buyer protection plans or extra services. In fact do not even buy a vehicle from this place. I was sold a vehicle with a seized engine when they declared it a running vehicle. I will be taking this matter further to the Vehicle Sale Authourity.
