The space is beautiful with huge windows with a west facing view. I encourage anyone to book a check up and help these trainees learn and complete their program

The instructors were super helpful with making sure we were mastering our skills and we were well prepared for our patient care clinic! I can’t wait to come back for term 2!

The practical portion is lots of fun and helps to learn and use your skills. would 100% recommend this school for dental assistant training.

They effectively cover every aspect of a regular dental visit as part of their onsite teaching modules. This includes having a dentist onsite, modern dental equipment, and constant instructor oversight for their students. For clinical volunteers, this means you get a total dental check-up at no cost. For students, this means you are working in a real world setting to put your online instruction to work.

The facilitators are very motivational when it comes to online learning and instructors are well educated and very comfortable teaching all the skills needed to become a certified Dental Assistant! The Clinical offered is fun and adventurous; covering all modules learned online. I would recommend Risio Institute to anyone seeking a professional career in the dental field.

It was nice meeting all the other students from different cities and also meeting our knowledgeable & patient instructors. I felt such at ease being away from home. They made learning so fun at such a decent pace so I didn’t feel rushed. I came, not knowing what to expect and I am leaving with such confidence, made new friends and excited to share my knowledge with my team at Signature Dental.

In the dental chair, you are in a very relaxed atmosphere as if you are at a spa. You have 180 degree views of the Rocky Mountains through large picture windows. The positive instructors have excellent interpersonal skills and are unobtrusive as they guide and supervise their students. The care, safety and comfort of the patient are the students' and staff's first priorities. The chair side manner of the students and supervising dentists give the patient the respect and confidence to feel good about themselves as they sit there with their mouths agape. I know because I am an aged, severe arthritic with worn out teeth. The camaraderie among the students, staff and dentists is inviting. The best welcoming and in-the-dental-chair experience I've had in Calgary over fifty years.
