★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I too went through my work services- you have to request the same person when you book through your work or reschedule through the therapist you want to use. I found my counselling to be effective and got to the meat of some issues rather quickly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a joke. I tried Homewood through my work services and after the 5th attempt gave up! The problem is every time I have gone to seek their services its always a different person who sees me, so besides answering a list of there generic questions off some clipboard each time I have to repeat what my concerns are... this takes up the entire session that by the time I come back its repeated. Nothing is resolved and I leave each time feeling like nothings gotten better either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend to anyone girlfriend came home very upset in tears 2 appointments missed do to miscomunnication on their end. First time she showed up no one was there and second time they double booked her and the lady wasnt avaliable. Third time she showed up finally was able to talk to someone but lady was very condescending, judgemental and non helpful. If you deal with peoples issues and are suppose to help them. And judge them and make them feel badly about themself and have mental issues yourself probably shouldnt be a counselor just sayin.....anyways if anyones reading the trust me go do your research and find yourself someone who will be helpful. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We're attempting to do family counselling with Homewood through our employee assistance program. Our counsellor, Carol, is lovely, however it's next to impossible to schedule appointments with her because the booking system is so dysfunctional. One of the drawbacks is that we're only allowed to book one session at a time. Since we're both busy professionals, by the time our appointment comes around our schedules have filled up, as has Carol's, and it will likely be weeks before we can find another date that works for all three of us.
