Their use of new technologies is hands down their greatest strength. Alexes, Shanti, Betty ,Ryan and the rest of their team really care about their tenants and go above and beyond to make renting a property a seamless, professional and fun experience!

Can someone over at that office respond to my emails! Plus I need my reports for services and periodic inspections plus my NR6 form that was said to have been filled but was not.

They only have good reviews because they told their clients that they would give them Starbucks gift cards if they would leave 5 star reviews. If they deny this, I have the email proof. I wouldn’t be in your system because it’s my partner that deals with you. Gift cards were only offered for 5 star reviews, so nice try trying to cover up your horrible service.
S	Spencer Greff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All stars. When doing a walk through for a brand new unit, we realized that some construction items and cleaning hadn't been completed yet. We were concerned, and stressed with it being move-in day. Fortunately Austin was an all star and didn't skip a beat. He was super composed and talked me off the ledge as he worked his magic. Within a couple hours, the cleaners were done, the last couple items were completed and we were moved-in. Couldn't recommend Ripple & RE/MAX enough. The tradesmen who've come through have spoken highly of them as well. Great to hear they treat contractors well.

Renting in a property managed by them has been the worst experience I have had in Calgary. Their response time is always so delayed, they speak to people with little to no respect, the only thing they really manage to do is make your life a living hell. At my building they can’t even get a handle on the garbage and recycling situation let alone any real problems. Plumbing issues are ignored, disrespectful neighbours ignored, this company will even ignore great suggestions you make to real solutions. They couldn’t manage their way out of a paper bag. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
