★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dione Irwin Real Estate Team is amazing! They are quick to get back to you with any questions we had and Caitlin was always so accommodating for spontaneous viewings we wanted to go see. Caitlin was so incredibly honest and helpful while she helped us find our new "hopefully forever" home and Dione also was so incredibly helpful and honest when she helped us get set up for the sale of our existing home. She wasn't afraid to let us know what we needed to remove from our home or what we needed to do to spruce things up which we really appreciated as after all....they are the experts not us! It's not always an easy thing for someone to have to tell you that you need to get rid of certain things or clean up or move something but she does and she does it so nicely. We truly valued her opinions and it sure worked for us as we sold our home on the second day it was listed. The for sale sign went up so nice and quickly and the photographer came the same day and he was super nice too! We HIGHLY recommend them! So much so that we already have recommended them to my brother-in-law and he has already started the ball rolling with them.
